This special edition was made possible by the SASHT members of the North-West University. The contributors to this edition comprise mainly of conference papers presented at the SASHT conference during 23-24 September 2005 in Durban. It is hoped that the Yesterday and Today can revive to continue as a regular bi-annual journal for History Educators.
